TU Delft Works Council (Ondernemingsraad), Delft (Netherlands)

• Elected as a PhD representative to advocate for the rights, well-being, and working conditions of early-career researchers within TU Delft's institutional decision-making body.
• Initiated stronger communication between PhD associations and the Works Council to influence policies on contracts, workload, and research culture.
• Working towards inclusivity by voicing concerns of international and underrepresented PhD candidates, promoting fair access to mentorship and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Actively contributing to discussions on employee well-being, pushing for better mental health support, flexible work arrangements, and balanced workload structures.

• Digital branding and publicity at Alumni and Corporate relations of IIT Madras.
• Organised "A Day at IIT Madras, 2023" event for Institute branding, in which more than 500 participants (students and parents) all across india were delgated.

• Worked as a cinematographer and photographer for the most popular and official YouTube channel of my bachelor's university at IIT Madras.
• At IITM TV we produced 20+ shoots and collaborations, venue scouting, sponsor decks, on-site ops, Vox-pox interviews and event coverages.
• Few of the production videos can be found on the IITM YouTube channel.

Head of Science & Astronomy Club

• Organised science and astronomy workshops, Astro-walks, several citizen science projectand and weekly public stargazing sessions.
• Facilitated and mentored students with their creative sceince projects.
• Represented the city of Patna and the orgnistaion (Kilkari) at several national and international level science congresses and competitions like NCSC , JIGNYASA science fair , and Indian science congress.
